• Pre-set workouts as well as the flexibility to create your own
• Over 150 badges to achieve

Select workouts online and sync them with your app to exercise either at home or at the gym while monitoring your progress. Covering various aspects from strength training to weightlifting, this app serves as a personal trainer, offering guidance and motivation.

This app can be synchronized with the Apple Health App. By enabling this connection, any workout in the Health app will automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
